Raj Kundra has firmly denied any connection to Riya Arvinda Barde, a Bangladeshi adult film actor recently arrested for allegedly staying in India with forged documents.
Reports had suggested that Barde worked with Kundra's production company, but Kundra has labeled these claims as "false and disturbing."
He emphasized that he has never met her and is not involved with any such production companies.
His lawyer, Prashant Patil, also mentioned that they plan to take legal action against those spreading false allegations, seeking damages for defamation.
